Revoking a Declaration Declaring the Leasehold Interest in Land Acquired for Road in Block XV, Maruia Survey District, Waima County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the declaration dated the 31st day of May 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 June 1984, No. 94, at page 1861, declaring the leasehold interest in land acquired for road.

Road Stopped and Incorporated in Block X, Moearangi Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the parts of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the stopped road (now known as Section 24, Block X, Moearangi Survey District) shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence B4/639 held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ross John Williams of Tutira, farmer, subject to mortgage Nos 385057.5 and 385057.6.

Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in Cheviot County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Eric Stanley Page of Cheviot, farmer, under and by virtue of Lease in Perpetuity No. 76 recorded in Volume 165, folio 51, Canterbury Land Registry, is acquired for the purposes of a road on the 6th day of December 1984.
