Land in the City of Christchurch Taken for Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of the Proclamation in the Gazette.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Christchurch, described as follows:

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the Hamilton Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hamilton Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
