PURSUANT to section 72 (6) of the Commerce Act 1975, notice is hereby given that the Examiner of Commercial Practices has consented to the following merger and takeover proposals.

Proposal
Somcs Holdings Ltd. may take up its entitlement to 1 762 720 ordinary shares of 50 cents each in the capital of TNL Group Ltd. under a rights issue by TNL Group Ltd.
Williams Construction Company Ltd. may acquire up to 100 percent of the shareholding of Williams Property Holdings Ltd.
Alex Harvey Industries Ltd. may acquire all the issued capital of Cemac Commercial Interiors Ltd.
Renouf Corporation Ltd. and Mainzeal Group Ltd. may form a joint venture company to acquire the assets of the Jervois Estates Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Williams Property Holdings Ltd.
