Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be classified, as that of a recreation reserve.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve
