Fixing Rate of Hive Levy (Notice No. 3390; Ag. 4/54/19)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Hive Levy Act 1978, having received the recommendation of the National Beekeepers’ Association of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby fix the annual rate of levy for 1985 at 22 cents per hive. This levy is to be paid to the Association in accordance with sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Hive Levy Act 1978 by every person who is a beekeeper on the 1st day of January 1985.

Lyttelton Harbour Board—Sale of Land
I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the said Act the sale of the land referred to in the First and Second Schedules hereto by the Lyttelton Harbour Board pursuant to section 143C of the said Act, and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of Canterbury, being parts of Rural Sections 120 and 122, situated in Block XVI of the Christchurch Survey District, containing 3.1000 hectares, more or less, and being part of the land described in certificate of title 10B/1192.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of Canterbury being part Rural Section 120, situated in Block XVI of the Christchurch Survey District, containing 5000 square metres, more or less, and being part of the land described in certificate of title 8F/1252.

Contingency Plans for Petrol Rationing
PURSUANT to section 269D (2) of the Local Government Act 1974 (as enacted by the Local Government Amendment Act 1983), I, Robert James Tizard, Minister of Energy, hereby give the following notice:

Whereas by Gazette notice dated 27 September 1984*, I did extend the time within which all regional and united councils are required to prepare and submit a petroleum products rationing organisation plan under section 269D (1) (a) from the 1st day of October 1984 to the 1st day of December 1984.

I hereby further extend the time within which all regional and united councils are required to prepare and submit a petroleum products rationing organisation plan from the 1st day of December 1984 to the 31st day of March 1985.
