Reservation of Land

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as local purpose reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Vesting of Reserves in The Waimea County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Waimea County Council in trust for recreation purposes.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WAIMEA COUNTY
2.0631 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 3456 and Lot 2, Deposited Plan 2095, situated in Block XVI, Motueka Survey District. All certificates of title, Volume 70, folio 88 and Volume 99, folio 113. All New Zealand Gazette, 1980, page 3766. Together with a water easement appurtenant thereto created by T. 108075 and subject to a building line restriction over Lot 2, Deposited Plan 2095 as imposed by Order in Council 811 (formerly under the control of the Upper Moutere War Memorial Recreation Reserve Board).

3.2451 hectares, more or less, being part Section 72, Square 2, situated in Block II, Wai-iti Survey District being all the land shown on Deposited Plan 1181. Revocation of a Declaration That Land Shall be Protected Private Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 August 1955, page 1342, declaring that the private land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be protected private land for scenic purposes.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Public Pound Site Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and by reason of an error made in the notice hereinafter described, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby revokes the notice cancelling the vesting in the Ohakune Borough Council and revoking the reservation over a reserve dated 8 June 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 June 1984, No. 107, page 2271 and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Ohakune Borough Council and the Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve.

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, hereby cancels the vesting in the Ohakune Borough Council and revokes the reservation as a public pound site reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.
