Land Acquired in Connection With a Road in the Borough of Mount Maunganui

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject and together with the benefit of the rights of way appurtenant to the land firstly described created by transfer S. 581065 and subject to and together with the benefit of the rights of way appurtenant to the land secondly described created by transfers S. 660968 and S. 581065, South Auckland Land Registry in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 22nd day of November 1984.
