Squadron Leader Malcolm Russell Campbell relinquishes his appointment as Unit Commander No. 46 (Mосgile) ATC Squadron with effect from 7 July 1984.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Defence Act 1971, His Excellency the Governor-General has approved the following appointments, promotions, extensions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Naval Forces.
ROYAL NEW ZEALAND NAVY
The appointment of Surgeon Commodore A. G. Slark, M.B., B.S.(LOND.), DIP.OBST.R.C.O.G., D.P.H., D.L.H., R.C.P.(LOND.) and R.C.S.(ENG.), is extended to 1 December 1986.
The appointment of Commander D. Bell is extended to 12 May 1988.
Lieutenant Commander Norman Lancelot Pickett is placed on the Retired List with effect from 29 September 1984.
Lieutenant Commander Alan Campbell Stewart McNicol, B.E.(MECH.), is placed on the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves until 21 September 1988, with effect from 22 September 1984.
Roger Henry Keeling (RAN Rtd) is appointed to the RNZN in the rank of Lieutenant Commander, with seniority from 1 October 1972 and effect from 3 October 1984; terminating on 2 October 1989; to be acting Commander with seniority and effect from 11 October 1984.
