IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION BY BARKER & POLLOCK LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, property owner:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court dated the 7th day of November 1984, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from the sum of $1,850,000 to the sum of $50,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 8th day of November 1984. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of Barker & Pollock Limited was by virtue of a special resolution of the company and with the sanction of an order of the High Court dated the 7th day of November 1984, reduced from $1,850,000 divided into 1,850,000 fully paid shares of $1 each to $50,000 divided into 50,000 fully paid shares of $1 each.”

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of THE CANTERBURY CUSTOMS AGENCY LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 5th day of November 1984 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from one hundred and eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to one thousand dollars ($1,000) and the minute (approved by the Court) showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above statute were registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 7th day of November 1984; and notice is further given that the said minute is as follows:
“The capital of The Canterbury Customs Agency Limited henceforth is reduced from the former capital of one hundred and eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) of one hundred and eighty thousand ($180,000) shares of one dollar ($1) each to one thousand dollars ($1,000) divided into one thousand (1000) shares of one dollar ($1) each.”
At the time of the registration of this minute the sum of one dollar ($1) per share has been and is deemed paid up on each of the said one thousand (1000) shares.”
