NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the office of Carter Holt Holdings Ltd., 321 Great South Road, Auckland 5 on the 29th day of November 1984 at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purposes of having accounts laid before it showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and for receiving any explanations thereof by the liquidator.
