Transport Licensing Authority Sitting
PURSUANT to sections 121 and 135 of the Transport Act 1962 as amended by the Transport Amendment Act No. 2 1983, the Wellington District and No. 7 Transport Licensing Authority, I. P. Wollerman, gives notice of receipt of the following applications and will hold a public sitting to receive evidence for or against the granting of them in the Conference Room, Fifth Floor, Departmental Building, Chapel Street, Masterton, commencing at 10.30 a.m. on Monday, the 26th day of November 1984.
Amend Taxicab Service Licence No. 3801 by the addition of the right to cart mail between Eketahuna Railway Station and the Eketahuna Post Office.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard Specification Available for Comment
PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated.
Number and Title of Specification
DZ 4703 Welder qualification tests for stainless steel pipe. $10.00
This draft standard applies to the qualification testing of welders to establish their competency in semi-automatic arc welding of stainless steel pipework to meet the hygiene requirements of Dairy and Food Processing Plant. It is not intended to cover the welding of pressure pipework. The test covers butt joint in pipe (welded from one side without backing) and branch connection in pipe (welded from one side without backing).
All persons who may be affected by this publication and who desire to comment thereon, may obtain copies at the price shown, from the Standards Association of New Zealand, Wellington Trade Centre, 15–23 Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington.
NOTE—Payment must accompany all requests for drafts.
The closing date for receipt of comment is 28 February 1985.

PURSUANT to section 193 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973, it is hereby notified that the registration of the New Zealand Federated Tally Clerks' Industrial Association of Workers, Registered No. 2145, situated at Marsden Wharf, Quay Street, Auckland (P.O. Box 3895), will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Export Performance Taxation Incentive—Schedule of Export Goods—Amendment No. 7
PURSUANT to section 156C (6) of the Income Tax Act 1976, notice is hereby given by the Secretary of Trade and Industry that the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Overseas Trade and Marketing have approved the amendments to the Schedule of Export Goods (approval of which was notified in the Gazette of 1 May 1980) set out in the Schedule hereto:
SCHEDULE
Chapter 21 of the Schedule of Export Goods is amended by:
(a) Deleting the following classifications:

Price Order No. 293—(Milk Treatment Allowances)
I, Wayne Eric Scanlan, being duly authorised by the Secretary of Trade and Industry in this behalf, do hereby make the following price order in accordance with the provisions of section 89 of the Commerce Act 1975, and section 25 (3) of the Milk Act 1967 (as amended by section 6 of the Milk Amendment Act 1980).

(1) This order may be cited as Price Order No. 293.
(2) Price Order No. CC.82/1* is hereby revoked. -
In this order, unless the context otherwise requires:
"The Act" means the Milk Act 1967:
"Milk" has the same meaning as in the Act but does not include cream or goats' milk:
"Milk district" means a milk district constituted and declared as a milk district under the Act:
"Standard rates" means the standard rates of margins and allowances payable in respect of the treatment of town milk specified in the Schedule hereto:
"Treatment" has the same meaning as in the Act, but does not include refrigeration in a storage depot elsewhere than at the treatment station, or the service of homogenisation by a treatment station:
"Treatment station" means any plant or premises for the treatment of milk operated pursuant to the Act. -
This price order applies to all milk sold for human consumption in any milk district after the coming into force of this price order.

The standard rates specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby fixed with effect from and including the 9th day of November 1984.
