Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in the County of Kiwitea

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 21st day of September 1984 and published in the Gazette of 27 September 1984, No. 172 at page 4072, acquiring land for road, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule:

"SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Apiti Survey District, described as follows:

Amending a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of April 1984, published in the Gazette of 12 April 1984, No. 61, at page 1163, declaring stopped road to be disposed of in the City of Manukau, pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, by inserting before the word "amalgamated" the words "vested in Ross James Thorpe of Auckland, plumber and Hendrika Anna Patricia Thorpe, his wife, and when so vested, to be".

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the 8th day of November 1984.

Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken in Block V, Maungataniwha Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Mangonui County Council;
(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:
(i) The land firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so taken, be incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. 38C/897, North Auckland Land Registry, and
(ii) The land secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall, when so taken, be incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. 38C/896, North Auckland Land Registry.
