Submissions should include a reference to the identification reference, application number, Tariff item and description of goods concerned and be supported by information as to:
(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported material used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.

Application for Plant Selectors’ Rights Notice (No. 3375; Ag. P.V. 3/2
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that an application for a grant of Plant Selectors’ Rights as specified in the Schedule hereto, has been received by the Registrar of Plant Varieties. Protective Direction has not been applied for. If any interest person considers that he is likely to be unfairly affected by the application, he may lodged an objection with the Registrar within 2 months from the date of this Gazette. Objections must comply with section 19 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973.
