Land Acquired for Hospital Purposes (Rehabilitation of Psychiatric Patients) in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for hospital purposes (rehabilitation of psychiatric patients) and shall vest in The Otago Hospital Board on the 1st day of November 1984.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Manukau City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the lands, described in the Schedule hereto, as recreation reserves and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserves in The Manukau City Council in trust for that purpose.
