Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Blocks II and III, Mangawhai Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Raymond Linder Nilsson and John James Nilsson, both of Dargaville, farmers, and, when so vested, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 53D/1129, North Auckland Land Registry, subject to all encumbrances and interests noted thereon.

Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in the County of Kiwitea

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway 54, and shall vest in the Crown on the 1st day of November 1984.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 157, folio 146, subject to memorandum of mortgage 103490.2 and Statutory Land Charge 582738.1.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 23C/404, subject to memorandum of mortgage 103490.2.
