Declaring Land to be Taken and Road Stopped in Block XIV,
Maramarua Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the First
   Schedule hereto to be stopped.

2. Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to
   be taken pursuant to section 119 (1).

3. Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 declares that:

(a) The said stopped road and land taken marked “B” and “H”
respectively on S.O. Plan 51914, now known together as
Allotment 753, Whangamarino Parish, shall be
amalgamated with the land in the certificate of title
No. 26C/447, subject to memoranda of mortgage
H. 319005.18, H. 319005.19, H. 319005.20, South Auckland
Land Registry.

(b) The said stopped road and land taken marked “C” and “J”
respectively on S.O. Plan 51914, now known together as
Allotment 754, Whangamarino Parish, shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 26C/446, subject to memoranda of mortgage
H. 319005.11, H. 319005.12, H. 319005.14, H. 319005.15,
H. 319005.16, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) The said stopped road marked “F” on S.O. Plan 51915, now
known as Allotment 755, Whangamarino Parish, shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume
1242, folio 42, subject to memoranda of mortgage
H. 319005.11, H. 319005.12, H. 319005.14, H. 319005.15,
H. 319005.16, South Auckland Land Registry.
