Appointment of Member to Wiri Licensing Trust

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, His Excellency, the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Pauline Julie Booker, married woman, of Manurewa, to be a member of the Wiri Licensing Trust for the residue of the 6-year term commencing at the election held on 11 October 1980.

Appointment of Visiting Justice

PURSUANT to section 10 (2) of the Penal Institutions Act 1954, I, Geoffrey Winston Russell Palmer, Minister of Justice, do hereby appoint Ian Keith Holdgate, J.P., farmer, of Owhango, to be a visiting justice to the Penal Institution at National Park, known as Waikune Prison.
