The principal place at which the business of the partnership
will be conducted is the registered office for the time being of
REMARKABLE FILMS PRODUCTIONS LIMITED. -
The partnership shall commence upon registration of this
certificate pursuant to section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908 and
subject to the provisions in the partnership deed relating to earlier
dissolution shall terminate upon the expiry of 7 years from the date
of registration of this certificate.

Private Act
TAKE notice that the Board of Trustees of the National Art Gallery,
the National Museum and the National War Memorial intends to
promote a private act of Parliament which has the following objects.
An act to confirm the administration of the residuary estate of
Ellen Harriet Eames, late of Wellington, married woman, to provide
for references in the Will to the Board of Science and Art to be
read and construed as references to the Board of Trustees of the
National Art Gallery, the National Museum and the National War
Memorial or its successors in respect of the National Art Gallery,
and to modify the terms of the Will.
The promoter of the bill is the Board of Trustees of the National
Art Gallery, the National Museum and the National War Memorial
whose postal address is care of Messrs Bell Gully Buddle Weir,
Solicitors, P.O. Box 1291, Wellington, to which communications
or notices to the promoter may be sent.
A copy of the proposed bill together with a copy of the Will dated
27 November 1926 may be inspected during week days between
the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the offices of Bell Gully Buddle
Weir, Europa House, 109β117 Featherston Street, Wellington.
