Amending a Notice Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of a Road (viz Portion of State Highway No. 2, Upper Hutt Bypass, Silverstream - Moonshine Section) in Hutt County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 10th day of August 1984 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 143 of 16 August 1984 at page 3165, defining the middle line of a portion of a road (viz portion of State Highway No. 2, Upper Hutt Bypass, Silverstream - Moonshine Section) in Hutt County in the following manner:

(a) By deleting the figures “63” from the twelfth line of the Schedule of the said notice and substituting the figures “83”.

(b) By deleting the words and figures “part Lot 1, D.P. 25983, Document 803778” from the fourteenth and fifteenth lines of the Schedule of the said notice, and substituting the words and figures “part Lot 1, D.P. 25988, Document 803778”.

(c) By deleting the word and figures “Document 608676” from the sixteenth line of the Schedule of the said notice and substituting the word and figures “Document 608676.1”.
