Declaring Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired, subject to the drainage and other rights created
by transfer 32928, for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall
vest in the Crown on the 25th day of October 1984.
