APPOINTING A DEPUTY TO A MEMBER OF THE URBAN TRANSPORT COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Second Schedule to the Urban Transport Act 1980, the Auckland Regional Authority, Wellington Regional Council, Canterbury United Council and Coastal-North Otago United Council hereby appoint Colin Milton Kay, company director, to be a deputy to A. Covic on the Urban Transport Council during the incapacity of the said A. Covic.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL PROPERTY PURCHASE LOAN 1984 POLL
PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1936, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Hobson County taken on the 6th day of October 1984 on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $50,000 to be known as the Property Purchase Loan 1984, for the purpose of purchasing land for forestry use, resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 553
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 235
The number of informal votes was 3
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 11 October at Napier was 371.26 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is above the Wool Board’s Substitute Payment Schedule minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.
There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling trigger price of 500 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

PRIVATE ACT
TAKE notice that the Board of Trustees of the National Art Gallery, the National Museum and the National War Memorial intends to promote a private act of Parliament which has the following objects.
An act to confirm the administration of the residuary estate of Ellen Harriet Eames, late of Wellington, married woman, to provide for references in the Will to the Board of Science and Art to be read and construed as references to the Board of Trustees of the National Art Gallery, the National Museum and the National War Memorial or its successors in respect of the National Art Gallery, and to modify the terms of the Will.
The promoter of the bill is the Board of Trustees of the National Art Gallery, the National Museum and the National War Memorial whose postal address is care of Messrs Bell Gully Buddle Weir, Solicitors, P.O. Box 1291, Wellington, to which communications or notices to the promoter may be sent.
A copy of the proposed bill together with a copy of the Will dated 27 November 1926 may be inspected during week days between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the offices of Bell Gully Buddle Weir, Europa House, 109–117 Featherston Street, Wellington.
