NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the High Court dated 23 August 1984, confirming the distribution of the sum of $319,500 standing to the credit of the above-named company’s share premium account and dispensing with the requirement to register a minute pursuant to section 78 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Napier on the 1st day of October 1984.
