(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported material used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.

The Unity Group of Companies Ltd. may beneficially acquire up to 100 percent of the shareholding in D. McL. Wallace Ltd.

Mazda Motors Corporation of Japan, Sumitomo Corporation of Japan and Motor Holdings Ltd. may acquire further shareholdings in Mazda Motors N.Z. Ltd.

The Unity Group of Companies Ltd. may beneficially acquire up to 100 percent of the shareholding in Chemby Industries Ltd.

New Zealand News Ltd. may acquire up to 100 percent of the issued share capital of the New Zealand Press Association Ltd.

Dominion Breweries Ltd. may acquire the plant and stock of the Hotel Motueka from Drummond Holdings Ltd.
