NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as State forest land.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, the Land Officer, New Zealand Forest Service, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Forests, hereby sets apart as State forest land with effect from the date of publication hereof, the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road in Block IV, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of July 1984, published in the Gazette of 2 August 1984, No. 132 at page 2920, declaring the land to be road in Block IV, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County, pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the words “which shall vest in the Crown” and substituting the words “which shall vest in The Mangonui County Council”.

Declaring Land and the Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway in Block VI, Town District, City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the Dunedin-Milton motorway and shall vest in the Crown and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by Seagram (New Zealand) Limited, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 607525 is hereby acquired for the Dunedin-Milton motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of October 1984.

Road Stopped in the Town of Clyde, Vincent County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

1. The areas marked ‘A’ and ‘B’ on S.O. Plan 20909 shall be added to the land described firstly in the Second Schedule held for State housing purposes.

2. The area marked ‘C’ on S.O. Plan 20909 shall be added to the land described secondly in the Second Schedule held for State housing purposes.

3. The area marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 20942 shall be added to the land described thirdly in the Second Schedule held for State housing purposes.

4. The area marked ‘B’ on S.O. Plan 20942 shall be added to the land described fourthly in the Second Schedule held for State housing purposes.
