THE NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND LTD. gives notice that on the 28th day of September 1984, it appointed Peter Reginald Howell and Gary Rodney Lane both of Auckland, chartered accountants, to be joint and several receivers and managers of all the undertaking and assets present and future of Floral Supplies (International) Ltd., pursuant to powers contained in a debenture, dated the 11th day of March 1980, a copy whereof was duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 17th day of March 1980.

IN the matter of the Charitable Trust Act 1957, and in the matter of the will of the late CHARLES THOMAS KEEBLE:
NOTICE is hereby given that on Wednesday, the 28th day of November 1984 at 9.30 a.m., the High Court at Palmerston North will hear an application by THE NEW ZEALAND GUARDIAN TRUST COMPANY LTD. for an order approving a scheme for the variation of and prescribing the mode of administering the Charitable Trust arising under the last Will of Charles Thomas Keeble, late of Palmerston North, grazier.
The proposed scheme may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Messrs Fitzherbert Abraham & Co., Solicitors, 187 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North and at the Palmerston North Registry of the High Court.
Those persons wishing to oppose the scheme shall, before 4 p.m. on Tuesday, the 20th day of November 1984, give written notice of their intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Palmerston North, to the New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Ltd. and to the Attorney-General.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance to section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company and a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the Board Room of Edwards and Vague, Chartered Accountants, First Floor, 37 Totara Avenue, New Lynn, Auckland 7 on Friday, 26 October 1984, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon for the purposes of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

“That the books and papers of the company be retained by the liquidator for a period of 12 months from the date thereof and then destroyed.”
