(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported material used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.

Consent to the Distribution of a Changed Therapeutic Drug

PURSUANT to section 14 (5) of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand for the changed therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.
