Appointment of Rangitikei-Wanganui Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Rangitikei-Wanganui Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation of a Reserve

Classification and Naming of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a recreation reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Horton Park Recreation Reserve.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to Classification of Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice classifying Lake Kimihia Wildlife Management reserve dated 12 July 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 July 1983, No. 105, page 2313.
