PURSUANT to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

ALL that piece of road containing 4.4940 hectares, situated in Block XIII, Tutamoe Survey District, adjoining or passing through, part Sections 1 and 31, Block XIII, Tutamoe Survey District, and part land in D.P. 1525, as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 51005, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Waimate County Council on the 11th day of October 1984.

Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in Waimate County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Murray Edmond Lawrence MacPherson, of Glenavy, farmer, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. V 488 (Volume 162, folio 144, Canterbury Land Registry) is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road on the 11th day of October 1984.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Limited Access Road in Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District, Otorohanga District

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated 13 July 1984, published in New Zealand Gazette, 19 July 1984, No. 125, at page 2764, acquiring land in Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District, Otorohanga District for a limited access road by deleting from the land eighthly described in the Schedule, being part Section 34, Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District marked “H” on S.O. Plan 51046, the area, given as 795 square metres, and substituting the area of 703 square metres.

Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in the County of Kiwitea

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway 54, and shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of October 1984.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 18A/227, subject to memoranda of mortgage 250581.3, 377480.1, 523723.2.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 18A/227, subject to memoranda of mortgage 250851.3, 377480.1, 523723.2.
