In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of AORANGI EXPLORATION AND MINING COMPANY LTD.:

Notice is hereby given that the above-named company intends to pass a special resolution on or after the 16th day of November 1984, altering the memorandum of association of the company with respect to the objects and powers of the company, as follows:

That the provisions of the memorandum of association with respect to the objects of the company be amended by deleting clause 3 and substituting the following:

"3. That subject to the Companies Act 1955, but otherwise without restriction or prohibition the company shall have the rights, powers, and privileges of a natural person including the powers set forth in section 15 (A) (1) of the said Act".
