Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (gravel) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purposes as set out in the said Schedule for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngapaerangi hapu of the Waimuiarua tribe.

Cancellation of Maori Reservation

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated 12 June 1973 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 21 June 1973, No. 59, page 1172, the land described in the Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes set out in the said Schedule, such reservation to be for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngapaerangi hapu of the Wainuiarua tribe; now, therefore, pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, notice is hereby given as follows:

NOTICE

THE reservation constituted by Order in Council dated 12 June 1973 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 21 June 1973, No. 59, page 1172, relating to the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby cancelled.
