AUDITORS’ REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF TRUSTEE BANK SOUTHLAND
We have obtained all the information and explanations that we have required. In our opinion, proper accounting records have been kept by the Bank so far as appears from our examination of those records.
In our opinion, according to the best of our information and the explanations given to us and as shown by the said records, the financial statement on pages 4124–4126 are properly drawn up so as to give, using the historical cost method modified to include the revaluation of certain fixed assets, a true and fair view of the financial position of the Bank as at March 31, 1984 and the results of its operations and the Statement of Source and Application of Funds for the year ended on that date.
