Change of the Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose reserve to a local purpose (public utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Notification of Intention to Classify, Change the Classification and Name a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, notice is given of the intention to classify that part of the Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scientific reserve, and further, change the classification of that part of the Reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, from a nature reserve to a scientific reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Furthermore the reserve shall hereafter be known as the Wilderness Scientific Reserve. Any persons or organisations wishing to lodge objections, make submissions in support of or make suggestions on the proposal should lodge the same with the Commissioner of Crown Lands at Invercargill not later than one month from the date of publication of this notice.
