Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested in Block XIII, Mangaone Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of December 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 12 January 1984, No. 1 at page 9, declaring road to be stopped and vested in Block XIII, Mangaone Survey District, Masterton County, by omitting the following:

"... subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 787694 and 527209.2, Wellington Land Registry".

and substituting the following:—

"... subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 598332.4, 598332.5 and 598332.6, Wellington Land Registry".

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

Land Acquired for Road, in the County of Taranaki

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 11(1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway 45, and shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of September 1984.

Declaring Land Acquired for Limited Access Road and Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in the Counties of Waitomo and Taumaranui

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Harapaki Farms Limited at Te Kuiti, under and by virtue of lease, R.L. 563, recorded in Register Book, Volume 146, folio 83, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road, and that the said land and leasehold estate shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of September 1984.
