Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes
in Block XI, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation
and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on
the 20th day of September 1984.

(b) Pursuant to section 42, further declares the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land
Act 1948.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block VIII, Heretaunga
Survey District, Napier City

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974 and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant
Commissioner of Crown lands hereby declares that the land
described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown
by the Napier City Council pursuant to the said section 323 and
as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown
Land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of
