NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER AND MANAGER
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of WILLIAM GALBRAITH LTD.:
CAMERON ARTHUR PRICE, hereby gives notice that on the 30th day of August 1984 he appointed William David Henderson as receiver and manager of all the undertaking property and assets charged by a certain debenture dated the 23rd day of July 1970 given by William Galbraith Ltd. in favour of Westpac Banking Corporation, the right title and interest of Westpac Banking Corporation having been subsequently transferred to Cameron Arthur Price.
The situation of the office of the receiver and manager is 29 Mason Avenue, Otahuhu, Auckland.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1)
THE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND with reference to Leander Jewellery Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of September 1984 the bank appointed James Henry Orchard, chartered accountant, whose office is at Seddon Street, Waihi, as receiver of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 3rd day of May 1983. The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR AND TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS OR CLAIMS
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter P. G. H. BUILDINGS LTD. (in liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed unanimously on 29 August 1984.
That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Malcolm John Mason of Wellington, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
Notice is also given that the undersigned as liquidator does hereby fix the 15th day of October 1984 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or their claims, and to establish any title they might have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
NOTE: The company is solvent and the liquidation is to enable its assets to be reorganised.
