Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land and Easements Over
Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks
XII and XVI, Maramarua Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
26th day of March 1984, published in Gazette, No. 56 of 5 April
1984 at page 1087, acquiring land and easements over land for soil
conservation and river control purposes pursuant to section 20 of
the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting the areas of land marked
“T” and “Q” on S.O. Plan 52369 from the First Schedule thereto
and adding the said areas marked “T” and “Q” on S.O. Plan 52369
to the Third Schedule thereto.
