Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested in
Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District, Borough of Kapiti

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
2nd day of February 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 9 February 1984, No. 16 at page 345, by omitting the following:

“PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act
1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be
stopped, and shall vest in Reginald Ernest Kiddle of Lower
Hutt, chartered accountant and Marjorie Louisa Kiddle, his
wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 843888,
Wellington Land Registry.”

and substituting the following:

“PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act
1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be
stopped, and shall vest in Reginald Ernest Kiddle of Lower
Hutt, chartered accountant and Marjorie Louisa Kiddle, his
wife.”
