Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for Post and Telegraph Purposes (Postmaster's Residence) to be Crown Land in the Borough of Ohakune.

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of August 1984, published in Gazette, 16 August 1984, No. 143, page 3164, declaring land held for post and telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence) to be Crown land in the Borough of Ohakune, by deleting the Schedule to the said notice and substituting the following Schedule:

"SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1108 square metres, situated in the Borough of Ohakune, being Section 14, Block XXII, Town of Ohakune, Part Proclamation 4477 (New Zealand Gazette, 10 January 1952, page 2)."

Declaring Land Held for Post Office Purposes (Residence) to be Crown Land in Egmont County

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, subject to and together with the right to drain sewage specified in easement certificate 241321 and together with the right to drain sewage specified in easement certificate 243301.7.

PURSUANT to sections 52 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State Highway, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road, and that the said land shall remain vested in the Crown.

Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in the County of Taumarunui

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Philip Leslie Duxfield and Noel Philip Duxfield, both of Ongarue, farmers, under and by virtue of lease R.L. 496, recorded in Register Book, Volume 142, folio 166, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of September 1984.
