NOTICE is hereby given that on 24 January 1984, the High Court of New Zealand confirmed the reduction of the issued capital of the company extinguishing the liability on all the 3,750,000 issued ordinary $1 shares in respect of the uncalled share capital not paid up thereon being 75 cents per share amounting in the aggregate to $2,812,500 thereby reducing the nominal capital of the company from five million dollars ($5,000,000) to two million one hundred and eighty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($2,187,500) divided into three million seven hundred and fifty thousand ($3,750,000) issued ordinary shares of twenty-five cents (25c) each and one million two hundred and fifty thousand (1,250,000) unissued shares of one dollar ($1) each.
