Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for a Special School in the City of Hamilton

—

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from The Hamilton City Council, a body corporate by the D. V. Bryant Trust Board, a duly incorporated trust under the provisions of the Charitable Trust Act 1957 and having its registered office at Hamilton, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease S. 80664, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby acquired for a special school and shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day of February 1984.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the Mining Easement appurtenant to the mines seams and beds of coal and other minerals (certificate of title 1042/184), created by Conveyance 129005 (R. 46/562), and the building line restriction contained in S. 66266, South Auckland Land Registry, for the generation of electricity (housing) and shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day of February 1984.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Lady Lake Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Lady Lake Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Department of Lands and Survey.
