Declaring Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in the County of Pohangina

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Pohangina County Council on the 9th day of February 1984.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 19C, folio 1122, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 948558 and 325689.3.

Land and Right of Way Easement Over Land to be Acquired for the Purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975 in the Borough of Devonport

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and a right of way easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto vesting in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission the rights contained in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby acquired for the purposes of the Fire Services Act 1975 and shall vest in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission on the 9th day of February 1984.
