Amending a Notice Authorising a Secondary Use (Recreation
Purposes) of Land in Block IV, Benmore Survey District, Waitaki
County

Pursuant to section 191 (8) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated
the 14th day of October 1974 (published in New Zealand Gazette,
31 October 1974, No. 108, at page 2489 and registered at the Otago
Land Registry as Gazette notice 432547) by cancelling the vesting
of the control and management of the land described in the Schedule
hereto in The Waitaki County Council and further by thereafter
vesting the control and management of the land described in the
Schedule hereto in the Minister of Lands.
