CAVALIER CORPORATION EXPORTERS LTD.

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 18(5) of the Companies Act 1955, that Cavalier Corporation Exporters Ltd. intends to pass on the 7th day of September 1984 a special resolution by entry in its minute book pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act, the following resolution altering its memorandum of association—

“That the memorandum of association of the company be altered by adding the following objects as paragraph 1A after paragraph 1 in Clause III of the memorandum:

1A. To carry on business as exporters, importers, manufacturers, merchants, buyers, sellers of and dealers in carpets, floor coverings, furnishings, garment, clothing and all other goods and products of all kinds and to manufacture any such goods from fibres, yarns, fabrics, textiles, cloths, synthetics, leathers, plastics, chemical compounds and other materials and substances of all kinds and to export, import, manufacturer buy, sell, process, prepare, spin, dye, weave, comb, knit, make up and otherwise deal in and with such materials and to carry on all processes incidental thereto.”

NOTICE is hereby given that by entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, Souvenir Prints Ltd. on the 22nd day of August 1984 passed a resolution for a creditors’ voluntary winding up and accordingly a meeting of creditors will be held at Dalgety Crown Boardroom, 263 Oxford Street, Levin on the 7th day of September 1984 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.

(1) Consideration of a statement of the position of the affairs of the company.
