Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in Block XV, Howard Survey District, Waima County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 3rd day of May 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 May 1984, No. 75 at page 1533, acquiring land for road by omitting the following:

“Land Acquired for Road in Block XV, Howard Survey District, Waima County”

and substituting the following:

“Declaring an Interest in Land Acquired for Road in Block XV, Howard Survey District, Waima County”

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of May 1984”.

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice dated the 12th day of January 1984 published in New Zealand Gazette of 19 January 1984, No. 3 at page 99, declaring road to be a Government road in Block X, Avon Survey District, Marlborough County, and vested control and management in The Marlborough County Council.

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in lease No. 31/90 contained in certificate of title No. 3C/376 held by C’iff Louis Ernest Christian of Murchison, farmer and shall be held on the same tenure and upon the same terms and conditions, as the other land comprised in that lease.
