Sale of Wanganui Harbour Board Land
I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the said Act the sale of the land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Wanganui Harbour Board pursuant to section 143C of the said Act, and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land in the land registration district of Wellington, being Lot 1, on Deposited Plan 54838, containing 1047 square metres, more or less, and comprising all of the land described in certificate of title 24C/552.

PURSUANT to section 15 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Air New Zealand has applied to renew its International Air Services Licence for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between New Zealand and overseas destinations for a 2 year period from 23 December 1984.
Further details of this application may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 21 September 1984.

First Two-Day Tour. Same as one-day tour above to Te Puke, spending night at the Te Puke Country Lodge.
Travel to Rotorua (via Highway 3) for white water rafting with N.Z. River Runners.
Return to Auckland via Highways 5 and 27, stopping at Matamata for afternoon tea.
Second Two-Day Tour. Depart Auckland travelling via Highways 1 and 27 to Matamata (morning tea break). Continuing via Highway 5 to Rotorua for White water rafting.
Following afternoon return to Auckland along same route.

One Day Tour. Depart Auckland 7.30 a.m. Mondays and Tuesdays. Arrive Mount Maunganui 11 a.m.
Depart 3 p.m. and arrive Te Puke 3.45 p.m.

First Two-Day Tour. (Wednesday and Thursday) The first day to be the same as the One Day Tour above.
Day 2—Depart Te Puke Country Lodge 8 a.m. Arrive Rotorua 9 a.m. for White Water Rafting (10 a.m.—12.45 p.m.)
