Amendment to a Notice Classifying Reserves

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby amends an error in the notice classifying reserves dated 21 November 1980 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 December 1980, No. 143, page 3881, by omitting from the said notice the seventh reserve description in the Schedule:

(vii) 2.3826 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 1305, situated in Block I, Kaniere Survey District. All certificate of title 1B/1291. Subject to Section 315, Land Act 1924. Subject to Power Line Licence 2079, Electric Transmission Line Licence 4861, and Tramway Licence 3864. Local purpose (gravel).
