PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th day of August 1984.

(b) Pursuant to section 42, further declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement between Winston Robin Francis Carter and Pauline Mary Carter, as registered proprietors, and the Crown dated the 14th day of August 1984, and held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland having been entered into a water supply pipeline easement, in gross, over the land described in the Schedule hereto subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th day of August 1984.
