CORRIGENDUM
Pesticides (Organochlorine) Notice 1984
IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 August 1984, No. 139, page 3104, under the heading of “Application of Scheduled Insecticides”, in paragraphs 3 (2) and 3 (3) for “No schedule insecticide” read “No scheduled insecticide”.
CORRIGENDUM
Notice to Set Apart and Define a Special Quarantine Farm at New Plymouth
IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 July 1984, No. 128, page 2870,
(1) for “special quarantine farm” in the title read “special quarantine ground”;
(2) add the words “and Ag. 6/4/3/0/1” after “Ag. 6/4/5/19” in the title;
(3) for “special quarantine farm” in the fifth line read “special quarantine ground”.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Mount Richmond State Forest Park—Nelson Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park, which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WAIMEA COUNTY
36.3205 hectares, more or less, being Section 13, Block 1, Rintoul Survey District. (S.O. 3770).
38.8000 hectares, more or less, being Section 39, Block 1, Rintoul Survey District. (S.O. Plan 12203).
7.6540 hectares, more or less, being Section 40, Block 1, Rintoul Survey District. (S.O. Plan 12203).
45.9670 hectares, more or less, being Section 41, Block 1, Rintoul Survey District. (S.O. Plan 12203).
22.6570 hectares, more or less, being Section 42, Block 1, Rintoul Survey District. (S.O. Plan 12203). New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 4291.
All the above as shown on plans N28/15, 16, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
