Transport Licensing Authority Sitting.

PURSUANT to sections 119, 121, 135 and 136 of the Transport Act 1962, as amended by the Transport Amendment Act (No. 2) 1983, the Dunedin District and No. 10 District Transport Licensing Authority (F. H. K. Moore) gives notice of the receipt of the following applications and will hold a public sitting in the Conference Room, Ministry of Transport, 245 Cumberland Street, Dunedin on Wednesday, the 3rd day of September 1984, commencing at 9.30 a.m. to hear evidence for or against granting them:

A84/14 William Gerald Overton, Dunedin. Application to transfer Continuous Taxicab Service Licence No. 5811 from Peter Fullerton Flower.

A84/15 Ivor Ronald More, Dunedin. Application to transfer Continuous Taxicab Service Licence No. 5839 from Donald Bevan Cochrane. (Anderson Lloyd Jeavans & Co., P.O. Box 923, Dunedin).

A84/122 John Martin Beyere, Oamaru. Application to transfer Continuous Taxicab Service Licence No. 8339 from Colin Lennox Cross. (Berry Alty & Neill, P.O. Box 10, Oamaru). Not before 10.30 a.m.

A84/123 H. & H. Travel Lines Limited, Queenstown. Application to amend Continuous Passenger Services Licence No. 5130 by deleting the present terminals, description of route and localities to be served and timetable and substituting the following route and timetable:

Route: Queenstown to Frankton and Kelvin Heights and return.
Depart Queenstown: 7.45 a.m., 1.15 p.m., and 5.35 p.m.
Depart Frankton for Kelvin Heights: 8.00 a.m., and 5.50 p.m.
Arrive Kelvin Heights: 8.12 a.m., and 6.02 p.m.
Depart Kelvin Heights for Queenstown: 8.15 a.m., and 6.05 p.m.
Depart Frankton for Queenstown: 8.30 a.m., 1.30 p.m.,
and 6.20 p.m.
Arrive Queenstown: 8.40 a.m., 1.40 p.m. and 6.30 p.m.
This service terminates on the outward journey at Frankton and returns to Queenstown.

Timetable: Daily excepting during months of May to September inclusive Sunday service is suspended.

A84/119 N.Z. Railways Corporation, N.Z.R. Road Services, Wellington. Continuous Passenger Service Licence No. 828. Amend timetable to provide as follows: To operate a 9.30 p.m. Dunedin-Mosgiel service Fridays only; and to amend the running time of the 9.45 a.m. Saturday only Mosgiel-Dunedin service to depart Renton Road 9.30 a.m., depart Glasgow Street 9.35 a.m., arrive Dunedin 10.05 a.m.

Not before 11 a.m.

A84/115 Richard Alan Williman and Susan Marion Williman trading as Matuki Services, Wanaka. Application for a new Continuous Passenger Service Licence to operate over the route: Wanaka via Glendhu Bay along the Matukituki Valley Road to the road end at Raspberry Hut carpark and return, with the right to carry goods for hire or reward in any passenger service vehicle.

Timetable: Three evenings a week: Friday, Sunday, Tuesday—from first Sunday after the 7th day of December until Christmas Day. Daily from Boxing Day until the last Sunday prior to the 21st day of January; then

Three evenings a week:
Friday, Sunday, Tuesday—until the last Sunday in February.
Depart Wanaka: 4 p.m.
Depart Raspberry Hut Carpark: 5.15 p.m.
