  1. (a) Lake Hayes and all streams Natural or artificial fly, natural or
    flowing into or out of Lake artificial minnow, natural or
    Hayes; artificial worms, or artificial
    (b) Lake Johnson. crustacean, rodent, mollusc,
    creeper, huhu or matai grub.

  2. (a) The Kawarau River Natural or artificial fly, artificial
    between its confluence with minnow, natural or artificial
    the Clutha River at Cromwell worms, or artificial crustacean,
    and the site of a landmark rodent, mollusc, creeper, huhu or
    approximately 1500 metres matai grub.

    Bannockburn;
    (b) The Clutha River between
    the Luggate Bridge and the
    point in the Cromwell Gorge
    where the boundary of the
    district crosses the river.

  3. (a) That portion of the Clutha Natural fly, or artificial fly.

    approximately 600 metres
    from the outlet of Lake
    Wanaka, and a point
    indicated by a landmark,
    approximately 600 metres
    above the bridge at Albert
    Town;
    (b) The Nevis River;
    (c) All rivers and streams
    flowing into Lake Wakatipu,
    except the Dart River and the
    Rees River and the tributaries
    of the Dart and Rees Rivers;
    (d) The Upukerora River;
    (e) The Eglinton River.

  4. All other waters within the Natural or artificial fly, artificial
    district. minnow, or artificial crustacean,
    rodent, mollusc, creeper, huhu or
    matai grub.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its
general effect.

This notice sets the conditions under which a current licence
holder may fish for acclimatised fish in the Southern Lakes
acclimatisation district.
